AI Shapes Russian Professions: Younger Specialists Lead Adoption

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly shaping various professions and sectors in Russia. The top jobs utilizing AI are designers, programmers, and marketers, while the government leads in integration with a 96% accurate risk prediction system.

AI adoption is most prevalent among younger specialists, with 20% of those under 24 using it daily and another 35% using it periodically. In the 18-34 age group, AI is most actively integrated into work. However, skepticism persists, particularly among those aged 45-54, with 22% not planning to use AI.

The national project monitoring system employs AI to analyze progress and predict risks, demonstrating a 96% accurate rate. The Russian military is also actively using AI, notably for drone swarm technology in the Ukraine conflict. Despite this, no leading commercial AI integrations by Russian enterprises or institutions were highlighted.

Among all age groups, 39% of Russians do not currently use AI but plan to start, while 17% do not consider AI in their professional activities. In the 35-44 age group, 45% are planning to adopt AI. Most candidates with professional experience of over six years work remotely or part-time.

AI's impact on Russian professions is evident, with designers, programmers, and marketers leading the way. While the government and military show significant AI integration, skepticism remains among older specialists. The future of AI in Russia appears promising, with many planning to adopt it, particularly in younger age groups.
