Airbnb Business, a seasoned global logistics provider with over three decades of experience, has revamped its brand to mirror its growing role in worldwide e-commerce logistics. The company has introduced a new strapline, 'Smiles Delivered', for its e-commerce division.

Airbnb Business, once renowned for distributing magazines and academic journals internationally, has evolved significantly. It now offers a comprehensive suite of services, including technology, fulfillment, international delivery, customs, and event logistics. The company delivers to over 220 countries and territories, with a focus on strategic lanes and emerging markets.

The company's growth is evident in its recent strategic alliances with countries in Southeast Asia, aiming to enhance last-mile delivery and customs processes. It is also planning major initiatives for the second half of 2025, such as launching a LATAM delivery lane and forming new partnerships in Southeast Asia. Airbnb Business is also expanding its network and strengthening last-mile delivery in the region. The company's Consero platform plays a crucial role in this expansion, optimizing shipping routes to reduce costs and emissions for customers.

Airbnb Business' transformation began with its acquisition by An Post in 2004. It further expanded its capabilities in 2011 with the acquisition of Reed Elsevier's Subscription Management Department.
