Aqua Security Launches Secure AI Advisory Program for Securing AI Workloads in Cloud-Native Applications
Aqua Security has announced the launch of the Secure AI Advisory Program, a strategic initiative designed to help organizations secure AI applications running in cloud-native environments. With the increasing adoption of generative AI and large language model capabilities, new risks have emerged for organizations embedding these technologies into cloud-native applications.
The Secure AI Advisory Program aims to provide tailored security controls, visibility, and expert guidance focused on the unique risks posed by AI components within containerized infrastructures. The program will work hand-in-hand with security leaders to ensure Secure AI delivers the necessary visibility, policy enforcement, and runtime protection.
Secure AI offers deep application-layer visibility, enabling organizations to gain insights into the AI workloads running inside containers. It identifies vulnerabilities or security gaps that could be exploited, helping organizations maintain a secure environment for their AI models and data throughout their lifecycle, from development to production.
Secure AI also brings runtime protection to these environments using Aqua's lightweight eBPF-based technology. This ensures real-time, application-layer protection for AI workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Participants in the Secure AI Advisory Program will collaborate directly with Aqua product and engineering leaders, validating use cases across visibility, governance, and threat detection. They will share insights and requirements based on their AI adoption goals, helping to shape policies and best practices for secure AI deployment in production.
Amir Jerbi, CTO and co-founder of Aqua Security, stated that the program is about helping security leaders govern and protect AI workloads. "More than 70% of AI applications are built and deployed in containers, running on Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure," Jerbi said. "Secure AI is intended to help organizations adopt AI responsibly at scale."
Secure AI is a fully integrated capability of the Aqua Platform, part of Aqua's broader CNAPP offering. It enables organizations to secure AI features at the application layer without code changes, reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR) and business risk stemming from AI security incidents.
