BRABUS Unveils Luxury Motorhome Big Boy 1200 With 530HP & Solar Panels
German luxury vehicle specialist BRABUS has ventured into the world of motorhomes with its debut model, the Big Boy 1200. This class-A RV offers a blend of opulence, power, and sustainability, boasting a modern kitchen, automatic AC, and a 43-inch 4K smart TV.
The Big Boy 1200, measuring 12m in length and offering over 30sq.m of living space, is a testament to BRABUS's craftsmanship. It features a luxurious interior with gray BRABUS leather sofas and a spacious 160cm x 200cm double bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a wine fridge, ensuring comfort and convenience on the road.
Powering this beast is a 12.8-liter six-cylinder turbodiesel engine, generating an impressive 530hp and 1,918lb.ft of torque. Despite its size and power, the Big Boy 1200 has a top speed of about 56mph. It also comes with an automatic AC unit and eight rooftop solar panels, reflecting BRABUS's commitment to sustainability. The entertainment quotient is high, with a 43-inch 4K smart TV and PS5, along with Starlink internet connectivity.
The vehicle sits on a three-axle chassis with twin rear tires and hydraulically extendable supports for leveling. The exterior is entirely blacked out in a matte finish, giving it a sleek, menacing look.
The Big Boy 1200 is part of BRABUS's Masterpiece series, embodying the company's ethos of bespoke luxury.
