Business acquisition: Dise by Minders to beef up Telegram's business-to-business sales support infrastructure

Business takeover sees Dise become part of Minders, bolstering Telegram's commercial sales support structure.

In a strategic move, Minders, a leading provider of Telegram-based tools, has announced the acquisition of Dise, a purpose-built CRM platform designed specifically for sales teams operating on the Telegram messaging platform.

Dise has been gaining traction in the industry, attracting major firms such as Adidas, the TON Foundation, Polygon, a16z Crypto, and MEXC. Collectively, these firms collectively reach an estimated 450 million users.

The acquisition comes as a response to the lack of structured sales infrastructure in crypto-native and Telegram-first organizations. Dise, with its offering of structured deal tracking, analytics, outreach tools, AI-powered features, and in-person prospecting via "conference mode," aims to fill this gap.

Pavel Osokin, CEO of Minders, expressed his excitement about bringing Dise's expertise and product into their ecosystem. Oleksii Sidorov, CEO of Dise, stated that their mission was to make Telegram-based sales as structured and trackable as any other sales process.

Notably, Dise has not raised outside capital up to this point in its development, a testament to the progress they have made with their team. Joining Minders will allow Dise to take their vision of a 'next-gen CRM for a post-email era' a step further and help scale it to the next million businesses.

Dise's offering includes seamless integration with Telegram, automation of sales workflows and follow-ups, centralized client and lead management, real-time communication tracking and analytics, and collaboration tools. These features are designed to improve efficiency, better lead engagement, and offer specific workflow optimizations fitting Telegram’s platform features.

The acquisition adds Dise to Minders' growing portfolio of Telegram-first tools, which includes TADS, CatchUP, Telesend, and others. Minders will take control of Dise without acquiring equity ownership, further strengthening Minders' ecosystem.

In summary, the acquisition of Dise by Minders marks a significant step forward in the evolution of Telegram-based sales tools. By combining Dise's next-gen CRM solution with Minders' existing portfolio, the two companies aim to revolutionize the way sales teams operate in the post-email era.

  1. The strategic acquisition of Dise, a renowned Telegram CRM platform, by Minders, a leading provider of Telegram-based tools, signifies a potential convergence of technological innovations in the industry, finance, and business sectors.
  2. As Dise continues to scale its next-gen CRM solution, harnessing the power of technology to optimize sales workflows, it may transform the finance landscape of numerous businesses, particularly those relying on the Telegram platform.
