CBA Customers Face Second Outage in Two Weeks

Commonwealth Bank (CBA) customers in Victoria and Sydney faced another outage on Thursday, with over 7,000 people reporting issues around midday. This is the second such incident in just under two weeks.

The outage affected online banking and ATM services, leaving customers unable to access their accounts or make transactions. CBA's website confirmed the issue, stating 'some of our services are currently unavailable, and we're urgently working to fix this'. Customers took to social media to express their frustration, with many struggling to pay for services and appointments.

Discrepancies in joint account balances were also reported by some customers. Unlike the previous outage on September 19, there were no reports of issues in Sydney and Victoria on Wednesday, September 21.

CBA apologized for the inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their patience. This is the second outage in a short period, highlighting the need for improved service reliability. Customers are advised to check CBA's website or social media channels for updates on the resolution of the issue.
