It's official! Nothing's sub-brand CMF is set to release the CMF Phone 2 Pro, marking its second-gen smartphone foray. The launch event, scheduled for April 28 at 6:30 PM IST, will also unveil the CMF Phone 2, alongside three intriguing audio products: CMF Buds 2, Buds 2a, and Buds 2 Plus.
A Peek into the CMF Phone 2 Pro: What's Expected?
Last year, the CMF Phone 1 boasted a removable back panel and customizable design language, and we're hoping to see the same aesthetic with the CMF Phone 2 Pro. It's also rumored to inherit the Essential Key, a hallmark feature from Nothing's Phone 3 series.
Under the hood, the CMF Phone 2 Pro is expected to pack a punch with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, augmented by 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. This powerhouse will run on Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.1, offering a seamless user experience. The device will also sport a 5,000mAh battery with snappy 50W fast charging support, with the addition of a charging adapter in the Indian box variant, unlike its predecessor.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro is expected to boast a triple-camera setup, potentially featuring a 50-megapixel Sony sensor, an ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. Upfront, the selfie-shooter might sport a 32-megapixel lens.
Finally, the anticipated price point for the device suggests a budget-friendly option under Rs 22,000.
