Bindi's journey began when Russell, her pet, suffered from motion sickness and anxiety during car rides. This inspired her to create a solution, leading to the development of the Rocketeer Pack. Initially, Bindi designed a bag to carry her dog, adding a tether for safety. Later, Carolyn Shewfelt joined her, and together they launched ZuGo Pet to refine and market the product.

Bindi and Shewfelt pitched the product on the show, seeking $100,000 for 10 percent of ZuGo Pet, but left without a deal.
