Entry-Level IT Manager

As a Junior IT Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to keep the bank's systems stable and ensure productivity among its staff. This will involve supporting and maintaining the bank's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices. You will also assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensure security protocols and compliance measures are followed, and support user accounts and permissions management.
In addition, you will be expected to document IT processes and procedures, collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades, and manage user accounts, coordinate access rights, and document systems, processes, and instructions.
The ideal candidate should have a completed training or degree in the field of informatics, business informatics, or a similar field. Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common business software is required. Good problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills for supporting end-users, and some experience or internships in IT support or administration could be beneficial.
