Exciting collaboration: Expanded availability of Royal Enfield's 350cc series on Flipkart in specified urban areas
Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle manufacturer, has announced price reductions on several models from its 350cc lineup. This move is part of the company's strategy to cater to India's increasingly digital-first consumers.
The partnership with Flipkart, India's leading e-commerce platform, marks the first time that Royal Enfield's entire 350cc lineup will be available for online purchase. The 350cc motorcycle range available for online purchase includes the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Hunter 350, Goan Classic 350, and the new Meteor 350.
B Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd and CEO of Royal Enfield, stated that the partnership aims to offer a simple, convenient online experience while maintaining a personal touch through the dealer network. Customer experience will seamlessly integrate with local Royal Enfield authorized dealers for delivery and after-sales support.
The top-end Chrome variant of the Classic 350 will be reduced by more than ₹18,000, bringing its new price to ₹2,16,600. The Redditch edition of the Classic 350 will be available for approximately ₹1,81,800, a decrease of ₹15,453. The mid variant of the Hunter 350 sees a price drop of ₹13,800, while the entry-level Hunter 350 Standard variant will now cost approximately ₹1,38,200, a decrease of around ₹11,700. The top variant of the Hunter 350 will be cheaper by ₹14,100.
The convenience of online booking is also being offered as part of the strategy. Flexible payment options will be provided to enhance customer convenience. The partnership will allow customers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Mumbai to purchase select Royal Enfield motorcycles online starting September 22, 2025.
With these price reductions and the convenience of online purchasing, Royal Enfield aims to provide customers with the opportunity to explore and purchase these motorcycles with ease, alongside the added benefit of full GST advantages. The company is optimistic about the response from customers and the potential growth this move could bring.
