As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical guide during the sales process, converting prospective customers' curiosity into actual product usage and shipping. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leveraging your deep knowledge of RevenueCat's product to answer technical questions from prospects, using a consultative approach.
  2. Architecting tailored solutions to remove friction points that might prevent a prospect from adopting the product.
  3. Serving as the voice of the builder by gathering and funneling feedback from prospects to RevenueCat’s Product and Engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap.
  4. Collaborating with Marketing on launch webinars and Product Marketing to ensure prospects understand the offerings and benefits.

Within the first month, you are expected to ramp up on RevenueCat's SDKs, APIs, and common integration patterns. By the third month, you will own the technical portion of deals for a defined segment or region and launch a one-to-many asset.

RevenueCat processes over $8 billion in annual purchase volume, making it the default monetization platform for mobile. The company, which is a remote-first company with over 100 employees, helps developers understand and grow their revenue.

Ideally, the candidate has shipped an app with RevenueCat and has supported or closed enterprise SaaS deals previously. They should have fluency with mobile stacks and comfort reading and writing Swift or Objective-C, Kotlin or Java, Flutter or Dart, or React Native with TypeScript. Familiarity with subscription commerce, in-app purchases, or payments is necessary.

Strong communication skills that translate code and APIs into business value for both developers and non-technical stakeholders are essential. Project management habits that keep multiple deals, demos, and content projects on track in a remote, async environment are required.
