In an exciting development, HubSpot, a leading AI-powered customer platform that connects marketing, sales, and service, is seeking a remote team member to join its AI team. The successful candidate will be based in the US and will play a crucial role in managing relationships, building automation programs, and working with CRMs, automation, data sync tools, data warehouses, SQL, and AI tools.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar, with experience in integrations and managing customer data efficiently.
- Expertise in automation tools and program building, including scripting and configuring workflows that synchronize data across systems using API calls and iPaaS solutions such as Workato or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data warehouses and relational databases to support data syncing and analysis within AI-driven contexts.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly those relevant to generative AI, language models (LLMs), agents, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), to develop AI-powered applications and assistive automation.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and integration frameworks for ensuring data consistency and real-time sync between CRM and other business platforms.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and governance of automation and AI systems.
- Technical leadership and collaboration skills, especially if the role includes leading or mentoring team members in AI tools and context-based projects.
Optional but advantageous skills include knowledge of DevOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and software engineering best practices around version control and secure application development.
Role Responsibilities
The role will involve building advanced automation programs and managing data synchronization using HubSpot and third-party tools. Candidates should also expect to develop project plans for new automation programs and execute them. They will work closely with various go-to-market teams to build automation and self-service tools.
The role requires managing relationships with stakeholders and prioritizing business needs. Candidates should have a growth mindset, be detail-oriented, have strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with many stakeholders.
