Adecco Group Appoints Francois-Xavier Quilici as Global Chief Information Officer
The Adecco Group, a leading provider of flexible staffing solutions, has announced the appointment of Francois-Xavier Quilici as its Group Chief Information Officer (CIO). Quilici will join the Executive Committee of the company and report directly to the Group's Chief Executive Officer, Dieter Scheiff.
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, the Adecco Group is headquartered in Switzerland and is managed by a multinational team. With a network of 33,000 employees, the group operates through 6,600 offices in over 70 countries and territories, connecting over 700,000 associates with business clients each day.
Quilici, a seasoned IT professional, started his career as an IT consultant in France. He spent 14 years occupying CIO roles in the AXA Group in Italy, France, and Spain. Prior to being appointed to his new role at the Adecco Group, Quilici was Group CIO of AXA UK & Ireland.
In his new role, Quilici will be responsible for the global information technology (IT) strategy and operations of the Adecco Group. Dieter Scheiff expressed that Quilici will be instrumental in further developing the group's global IT strategy and shaping its future IT organization.
Jean-Manuel Bullukian, who has served as interim CIO for the Adecco Group, will focus on his global responsibility for the two Business Lines (IT and Engineering & Technical) within the group.
