Honeywell Brings Cloud-Based Security to Europe, Middle East, and Africa
Honeywell has introduced LenelS2 OnGuard Cloud, a pioneering cloud-based technology, in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This launch aligns with the growing demand to shift critical IT infrastructure to the cloud, as stated by Honeywell's Phil Daniell.
LenelS2 OnGuard, an on-premise security management platform, now offers remote control of access control systems via the cloud, a first for the region. OnGuard Cloud allows existing customers to transition their systems to the cloud, supporting their broader IT transformation strategies.
The new solution eliminates the need for managing and maintaining OnGuard software and servers at each individual site. Some of the first adopters in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa include large commercial enterprises, government agencies, and healthcare institutions seeking enhanced security and remote management capabilities. OnGuard Cloud provides full control of each environment's configuration from any connected remote location.
