Devon Dalbock is jumping into the scene as the new Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs. With this role, he'll be diving headfirst into working with regulators and government officials across the EMEIA region both in established and emerging jurisdictions. No pressure, right?

Harinder Grewal, meanwhile, is stepping up from his Director of Engineering position to become the new Vice President of Operations, EMEIA. His mission? Overseeing GLI EMEIA's internal operations and ensuring smooth delivery across the region.

As the gaming world is moving fast, many regulators find themselves having to keep up with the pace, dealing with rapid changes in areas like iGaming, sports betting, AI, AML, and more, according to James Boje, GLI EMEIA Managing Director. Since joining GLI in 2016, Dalbock made a name for himself as general manager at GLI Africa, expanding the operation while fostering relationships with clients and regulators across Africa and India. He's been a mainstay at conferences throughout Africa and India, leading to several collaborations with African jurisdictions for regulatory framework and technical standard evaluations.

Grewal, who joined GLI in 2006, played a significant role in increasing delivery capability in the Netherlands and was instrumental in the expansion of the delivery teams in GLI India during his time as the Director of Engineering.
