Juniper Unveils AI-Native Routing Assurance for Revolutionized WAN Routing
Juniper Networks has unveiled a new Routing Assurance product, marking the first time AI, or Artificial Intelligence, has been integrated into traditional edge routing topologies. This innovative solution aims to revolutionize WAN, or Wide Area Network, routing and enhance user experiences.
At the heart of this new offering is the Juniper Session Smart Router, the first AI-native WAN routing solution from Juniper. It joins forces with Marvis AI and Juniper WAN Assurance to create a comprehensive AI-native SD-WAN solution. Meanwhile, Marvis Minis has been extended to SD-WAN, providing proactive AIOps for assured SD-WAN experiences.
Juniper has also bolstered its AI capabilities across various products. New AI features have been added to WAN Assurance, Premium Analytics, and Marvis® Virtual Network Assistant (VNA). Furthermore, the company has announced enhancements to its AI-Native Networking Platform, now spanning wired, wireless, and WAN with a single AI-Native digital experience twin solution. This enhancement promises to reduce operational expenditures by up to 85 percent across the entire networking footprint.
To tackle network congestion, a new WAN Congestion Service Level Expectation (SLE) has been introduced to track network interface over-utilization. Marvis has been expanded to cover enterprise WAN edge routing, enabling IT teams to fix routing issues using simple language queries. Additionally, Juniper has introduced a new security insights Mist dashboard within Premium Analytics for real-time threat response and improved user experience.
Juniper's new Routing Assurance product, led by the Juniper Session Smart Router, brings AI to traditional edge routing.
