PJSC Rostelecom has installed a state-of-the-art fiber-optic communication line and distribution networks, bringing high-speed internet access to over 800 residents in the villages of Karaqa, Tymlat, and Kostroma.

Large files can be downloaded swiftly, and the Unified Portal of State Services is now within reach, streamlining access to essential government services.
