LiveRamp Unveils AI-Powered Marketing Suite, Transforming Audience Segmentation

LiveRamp, a leading data connectivity platform, has unveiled a suite of AI capabilities, transforming the way marketers segment audiences and manage campaigns. The San Francisco-based company, trading as RAMP on the New York Stock Exchange, introduced these innovations in October 2025, following Emerson Electric's launch of the AI-driven Guardian Virtual Advisor the previous month.

LiveRamp's AI-Powered Segmentation allows marketers to create audience segments using natural language prompts. The platform's identity infrastructure revolves around RampID, a pseudonymous identifier that enables cross-platform marketing campaigns while upholding privacy controls.

On October 1, 2025, LiveRamp launched three AI capabilities, including Agentic Orchestration. This feature allows autonomous AI agents, akin to Gemini, to access the platform's complete suite of marketing tools, connecting them to identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and measurement. Industry analysts predict this could significantly reshape programmatic advertising infrastructure.

LiveRamp's Agentic Orchestration connects autonomous systems, or 'Gemini-like' AI agents, to these tools, supporting agents from multiple vendors. This addresses the growing enterprise need for coordinated AI systems across diverse marketing technology stacks. To celebrate the launch, LiveRamp added over 25 partner integrations, including Netflix.

Additionally, the platform's AI-Powered Search in the Data Marketplace surfaces high-value segments through natural language queries, further enhancing its user-friendly AI capabilities.
