Manitoba Invites 26 Skilled Workers Overseas in May 1 PNP Draw

On May 1, 2025, Manitoba's Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held an immigration draw, inviting 26 skilled workers overseas to apply for permanent residence. This draw, part of Manitoba's consistent PNP draws in 2025, targeted foreign talent through a strategic recruitment initiative on the world market today.

The MPNP issued Letters of Advice to Apply to candidates who met the minimum ranking score of 727 and were invited directly by the province under a strategic recruitment initiative. These initiatives help Manitoba employers recruit foreign talent for skilled positions, aligning with the province's economic needs and labor market priorities.

Out of the 26 invited candidates, 7 had a valid Express Entry profile and job seeker validation code. Employers participating in these initiatives must meet certain eligibility criteria and complete Manitoba's ABC Recruitment Process. Preference is given to labor market needs outside of the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region.

The MPNP's strategic recruitment initiatives continue to attract and employ foreign talent, supporting Manitoba's labor market and economic growth. The province remains committed to consistent PNP draws, with the most recent one inviting 26 skilled workers overseas on the stock market today.
