The installation process, which included replacing an aging projector system and original equipment, went smoothly, thanks in part to the assistance of the ViewSonic tech team and their new AV partner, Avidex.
The journey towards this upgrade began when the CSI team visited the ViewSonic showroom and fell in love with the Direct View LED display. After considering multiple display options, they gravitated towards the ViewSonic CDE9830 98-inch commercial display, manufactured by Legamaster.
However, the installation process was not without its challenges. There were minor issues, including delayed parts, a panel installed upside down, and a color matrix requiring adjustment. But the ViewSonic team was quick to address these issues, ensuring that the color coordination was just right.
The new display has been a game-changer for CSI, delivering crystal-clear images suitable for detailed work and boasting outstanding brightness and colour. The team concluded that ViewSonic lived up to its brand reputation in product quality and customer experience.
The CSI Solar Group users have also provided positive feedback about the new display. The team decided to change the technology in the conference room, choosing a large LED screen as the visual focal point.
