Military Osprey 'Baits' UAP Off San Diego, Captured on Video

A V-22 osprey military aircraft, callsign RUDY31, recently made headlines after a remarkable encounter with an Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) off the coast of San Diego. The incident, captured on July 13, 2023, by Dr. Robert Shiepe using a Panasonic HC-X1000 camera, has sparked interest in the proactive approaches being taken in UAP research and monitoring.

The V-22 osprey, a multi-mission tiltrotor aircraft used by the US Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force, was involved in a controlled operation to 'bait' a UAP. Baiting UAPs involves creating conditions to attract or stimulate UFO activity. In this case, the osprey was flying at a low altitude of 150 feet over a beach, authorized for military operations.

The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in the United States, the entity investigating such incidents, would be interested in this event. The osprey's attempt to bait the UAP resulted in an unusual occurrence - the UAP 'tagged' the aircraft, as recorded by Dr. Shiepe's high-resolution, image-stabilized camera.

This demonstration of military UAP baiting highlights the proactive strategies employed in UAP research. While FAA regulations typically prohibit most aircraft from flying lower than 500-1000 feet, military operations allow for exceptions. The July 13, 2023, encounter serves as a testament to the ongoing efforts to understand and monitor these mysterious phenomena.
