Partnerships under the banner of PAYBACK initiate their extensive collaborative discount program, titled "Family Welcome"
PAYBACK, the leading bonus program in Germany, is set to launch a massive campaign from April 28 to June 1, 2025. The campaign, titled 'Welcome to the Family', will be a family affair, welcoming EDEKA and Netto Marken-Discount to the PAYBACK program.
With over 700 partner companies, the PAYBACK GROUP is excited to offer around 100 million tickets for this campaign, making it the biggest in PAYBACK's history. Each ticket will contain two coupons—one from the partner the customer is shopping with, and another from another PAYBACK partner.
The PAYBACK app, used by 15 million users and available on the app store, will be at the heart of this campaign. It has been awarded as 'most customer-friendly app' (BILD) and 'app with the greatest added value' (SZ). The app bundles mobile point collection, redemption, coupon activation, and payment, making it a one-stop solution for customers.
Customers can save a significant amount each year with PAYBACK. In fact, 94% of collected points are redeemed by customers, mostly directly with partners or for rewards. During the campaign, with every purchase at participating companies, customers will receive a ticket with two coupons.
The campaign will be promoted across multiple channels and partners, including the PAYBACK marketing platform, stores of participating partners, partner channels, and out-of-home surfaces across Germany.
Florian Wolfframm, a member of the PAYBACK management, stated that they want to give customers plenty of benefits during the campaign. One of the prizes that can be won is an electric Mini from BMW.
