Position: Senior Client Relations Manager - DACH (Male, Female, Divers)
Appinio, a global market research company based in Hamburg, is looking to expand its team with a seasoned Senior Client Relations Manager. This role is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry, who is based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
The Senior Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies within specific industry sectors such as FMCG or Media & Entertainment. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity.
The role will involve fostering deep, long-term relationships with key clients, aligning client needs with Appinio's offerings to enhance customer satisfaction. The Senior Client Relations Manager will also serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Another key responsibility will be identifying opportunities to expand and enhance client relationships, contributing to overall business growth. The Senior Client Relations Manager will also develop and own the growth strategy for their specific vertical, acquire new customers, and scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects.
