WorkBetter Transforms Flexible Workspaces with cutting-edge AV Solutions

WorkBetter, a flexible workspaces provider founded in 2021, has expanded to three locations, and in a bid to meet the demands of the modern workforce, they have partnered with PPDS and OmniChannel BG to create a future-proof, technology-enabled environment. This collaboration aims to support various work modes—daily, weekly, monthly, or permanent residency—in what is being referred to as "Hybrid Permanence".

The project, spanning over 130,000 square feet and 1,300 workstations, includes a range of advanced display technologies such as dvLED, interactive displays, and signage, all integrated into a smart unified system. This system caters to the needs of a hybrid work setting, offering real-time information displays, collaboration screens, room booking and control interfaces, and more.

A key requirement for WorkBetter's new solutions was sustainability, with solutions that offer reduced power consumption and better efficiencies for management. The result is a seamless, high-impact environment with powerful technology that exceeds client expectations.

The solution includes a large Philips Unite LED 5000 Series 1.5 pixel pitch wall, supporting up to 12-bit colors and HDR10+ resolution. To facilitate flexible placement of displays on office walls, Power-over-Ethernet technology was utilised. In addition, 8x55-inch, 6x65-inch, and 2x75-inch Philips Business TVs were selected for the project, along with a 65-inch Philips Collaboration (E-Line) display.

Philips T-Line multi-touch displays were installed for advanced, remotely managed room booking, and these were also placed in the gym for easy control of the audio system. The upgrade also included a new suite of future-proof solutions, combining the latest in display technology and advanced screen sharing capabilities.

Tony Aleksandrov, co-founder and CEO at WorkBetter, commented that the project reflects their commitment to delivering cutting-edge AV solutions. He further stated that the solution provides a connected and engaging environment that meets diverse user needs and supports ongoing innovation and flexibility.

In summary, this strategic collaboration enhances hybrid permanence by enabling a smooth, adaptable working experience within flexible office environments. The approach centres on technology integration that supports hybrid work modes, combining physical and digital collaboration tools. It also focuses on scalable and flexible workspace options, from temporary to permanent use, catering to different business and individual needs. Lastly, it emphasises smart systems for managing space, collaboration, and communication, promoting productivity and user satisfaction in a hybrid model.
