Minda Corporation and Qualcomm Partner to Develop Advanced Cockpit Solutions for Indian Market
Minda Corporation Limited, a leading automotive component manufacturing company in India, has announced a strategic collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. The collaboration aims to develop smart and advanced cockpit solutions for the Indian automotive market.
Under this partnership, Minda Corporation is designing a next-generation digital cockpit platform powered by Qualcomm Technologies' Snapdragon Cockpit Platform. This platform is a core component of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Digital Chassis™ Solution, which is a trademark of Qualcomm Incorporated.
The new cockpit solutions will be equipped to support rich multimedia experiences, AI-driven interfaces, and seamless cloud integration. The partnership will offer intuitive Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), seamless multi-display integration, and software-defined cockpit architectures built on Android and QNX operating systems.
Qualcomm Technologies' Snapdragon Cockpit Platform enhances in-car experiences by delivering sophisticated displays, audio, computing, and connectivity. This platform supports AI-driven interfaces, rich multimedia experiences, seamless cloud integration, and enhanced vehicle connectivity, particularly for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs).
