Sapphire Version Update for 2023.5
Sapphire, a popular visual effects and motion graphics tool, has announced the release of its latest update, Sapphire 2023.5. This update brings a host of new features and improvements, primarily focusing on the Effect and Transition Builder and an expanded collection of lens flare presets.
The Effect and Transition Builder, a powerful new feature, allows users to create and customise effects and transitions with greater flexibility. This tool simplifies the process of designing complex visuals, making it easier for creators to bring their ideas to life.
In addition to the Effect and Transition Builder, Sapphire 2023.5 introduces 12 new lens flare presets, adding to the already extensive collection of 145 presets. These new presets are designed to create jaw-dropping visuals, providing users with a wide range of options to enhance their work.
Other notable additions include the BCC+ Super LED Effect, which enables easy pixelation of shots, text, or particles. The update also improves integration with Mocha tracking, including parameter and corner pin tracking within BCC+ Lens Flare, Super LED, and Light effects.
Enhancements in Particle Illusion, such as masking, trails, gradient presets, 3D deflectors, and force turbulence, offer more control and creative capacity over effect design. The inclusion of Beat Reactor in 40 BCC+ effects allows users to sync effects to music rhythm, adding a dynamic element to their projects.
New effects like BCC+ Smoke and Fog, Light Flicker, Orbs, and Flutter Cut further expand the creative possibilities. In total, over 150 new professionally designed and curated presets have been added, providing users with a broader library to enhance their workflow efficiency and artistic possibilities.
Sapphire 2023.5 is now available for Adobe, Avid, and OFX hosts. Current customers on an active subscription or upgrade and support plan can download the free update. For those new to Sapphire, a free trial is available for testing.
