Small businesses now have a competitive edge in the hiring market through a partnership between ZipRecruiter and ADP, joining forces to streamline the recruitment process.

In a move aimed at helping small businesses navigate the tightening labor market, ADP, a leading provider of HR and payroll services, has partnered with ZipRecruiter, a popular recruiting platform.

Under the terms of the partnership, ZipRecruiter's functionality will be offered as a built-in feature in all ADP RUN Powered HR packages. This means that businesses will be able to access the new recruitment tools directly from their payroll platform, without the need for additional sign-ins.

The integration of ZipRecruiter's smart talent matching technology with ADP's RUN Powered HR packages is expected to increase the reach of the recruiting platform by more than 100 job boards. This will provide ADP customers with a competitive advantage in finding and hiring great talent.

Maria Black, president of Small Business Solutions and Human Resources Outsourcing at ADP, emphasized the difficulty of finding great talent in a tight labor market. She stated that the partnership with ZipRecruiter will help small businesses find quality candidates faster.

Ian Siegel, CEO and co-founder of ZipRecruiter, shared similar sentiments, stating that the partnership allows ZipRecruiter to bring its cutting-edge recruiting technology to ADP customers. He added that this partnership grants ZipRecruiter access to hundreds of thousands of small businesses in the ADP ecosystem.

Recent funding of $50 million by ZipRecruiter has increased its total valuation to $1 billion, reflecting the growing demand for its services. With unemployment rates in the United States currently at 4.1 percent, the need for efficient hiring solutions is more pressing than ever.

With the new integration, when these companies next look to make a new hire, they will use ZipRecruiter's technology to simplify the process. This partnership is the latest in a series of initiatives by ADP to provide comprehensive solutions to its customers.

More than half a million small businesses in the United States already use ADP for their HR and payroll services. By integrating ZipRecruiter, ADP aims to help these businesses hire smarter and give them back valuable time to focus on running their businesses.
