The Adecco Group, a leading global HR solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of OnForce, Inc., a company specialising in cloud-based solutions for managing freelancers and independent contractors. This move is set to complement the vendor management system (VMS) provided by the Adecco Group's Beeline business, creating a unique integrated solution for companies to source talent through multiple channels.
The new integrated offering will combine Beeline's process automation and analytics for sourcing and managing talent through staffing agencies with OnForce's ability to access and manage freelance talent.
