This comprehensive list, set to be published in the September 2025 issue, will recognise the top M&A firms in each of the 13 jurisdictions covered, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The methodology behind ALB's rankings is a meticulous process that takes into account various factors. While the exact details of the methodology may not be publicly disclosed, here's a breakdown of the general steps involved:
1. Submission Process: Law firms are invited to submit their deal data and other relevant information for the specified period, which runs from July 2024 to June 2025.
