T-Mobile introduces new business offerings, inclusive of a complimentary Smart VPN and satellite internet connectivity
T-Mobile has announced the launch of its new Experience More and Experience Beyond plans, replacing its top-tier plans with enhanced features and competitive pricing. The new plans offer a range of benefits, including satellite coverage via Starlink, increased data allotments, and value-added perks.
The Experience More plan, priced at $85/month (excluding taxes and fees), mirrors the former Go5G Plus plan but with increased mobile hotspot data from 50 GB to 60 GB and a five-year price lock on talk, text, and data service costs. This plan includes satellite coverage until the end of the current year.
The Experience Beyond plan, the top-end offering at $100/month (also before taxes and fees), offers significantly more hotspot data—250 GB—and increased international high-speed data (30 GB in North America and 15 GB elsewhere). It also extends perks like a "third line free" deal and the same five-year price lock guarantee. The satellite coverage is included free of charge for both plans until the end of 2025.
Both plans include unlimited premium data, regular phone upgrades, unlimited talk and text in North America, some high-speed international data, and free in-flight Wi-Fi with select airlines.
For business users, especially following T-Mobile's acquisition of UScellular, new and existing business customers transitioning to these Experience plans will gain access to T-Mobile's robust network with enhanced coverage and high-speed connectivity. The plans promise value-packed benefits, improved network performance, and expanded perks.
The new plans also offer multi-line discounts and maintain key premium features found in prior top-tier offerings. Business users have new options with the Experience More for Business and Experience Beyond for Business plans, which include free Secure Wi-Fi and an automatic VPN for safer public network use.
The Experience Beyond plan includes Hulu with Ads in addition to Netflix and Apple TV Plus. Business users on the Experience Beyond for Business plan receive 300GB of hotspot data.
There is a 30-day free trial for the Experience Beyond plan, allowing customers to try its full features with no commitment. Senior customers (55+) can access these plans with some pricing discounts and equivalent features.
In summary, the new Experience plans combine enhanced data allotments, satellite connectivity via Starlink, business-friendly coverage improvements, and competitive pricing with value-added perks. The plans are set to roll out fully in July 2022, with satellite coverage included in the Experience Beyond plan.
