Techman Robot Unveils TM Xplore I Humanoid: The Future of Manufacturing

Techman Robot has made a significant stride into humanoid robotics with the unveiling of its first prototype, the TM Xplore I, at the Taipei Automation Intelligence and Robot Show. This marks a strategic move towards the next generation of intelligent, adaptable humanoid assistants in manufacturing.

The TM Xplore I, built on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform, is expected to be commercially available in 2026. It boasts more than 22 articulated joints for fluid manipulation and a wheeled base for stability and energy efficiency. This allows it to move between workstations and perform versatile inspection tasks, significantly improving throughput in quality control.

Equipped with advanced AI and edge computing capabilities, the TM Xplore I can 'see, act, and learn'. It features quick-change end-effectors, integrated inspection cameras, and a SCHUNK precision gripper, enabling it to work safely alongside human technicians. It blends human oversight with robotic precision, making it an ideal addition to industrial processes.

Techman Robot, a subsidiary of Quanta Computer with a strong global supply chain, plans to commercially roll out the TM Xplore I in 2026. This humanoid robot prototype, with its advanced features and capabilities, is set to revolutionize manufacturing processes, marking a significant step forward in humanoid robotics.
