Teledyne DALSA Unveils Z-Trak Express 1K5: High-Speed 3D Laser Profiler for In-Line Measurement
Teledyne DALSA, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies, has launched the Z-Trak Express 1K5 series, a high-speed 3D laser profiler for in-line measurement and inspection. This advanced tool offers exceptional speed and versatility for various industries.
The Z-Trak Express 1K5 delivers an impressive 5,000 profiles per second, ensuring swift and efficient 3D inspection. It supports multiple sensor integration, allowing for advanced measurement tasks without compromising Z-resolution. This flexibility is further enhanced by content-based triggering and synchronization of multiple sensors via a data cable.
The new series boasts a 1,700mm horizontal field-of-view, making it ideal for measuring wide objects such as wooden planks and automotive body parts. Users can expect micrometer-level measurements without the need for in-field calibration, thanks to the precision of all Z-Trak profilers. To facilitate seamless integration and operation, the Z-Trak Express 1K5 series comes with Z-Trak 3D Apps Studio, Z-Expert, and Sherlock8.
