Today's New York Times Mini Crossword Puzzle Solutions for December 12th's Challenge
It's hump day, which means we're almost at the end of the week. Then we have one more weekend and one more week before the Christmas break (at least for my kids' school). Two weeks of no school, no rushing to drop off kids in the morning, and no constant presence of them at home every day after school. "Parents can't wait for school to start again . . ." We're not there yet, though. Let's give this Mini Crossword a try!
The NYT Mini is a smaller, quicker, and more manageable version of the larger and more complex NYT Crossword. Unlike its larger counterpart, it's free to play without a New York Times subscription. You can play it on the web or the app, but you'll need the app to access the archives.

I found this Mini Crossword to be rather challenging for me today. I must be overworked and sleep-deprived. I wasn't entirely sure of 1-Across, and 1-Down didn't help since I know nothing about baseball. But I managed to pull through, even if it took me longer than usual at 3:08.
