Google Unveils AI-Focused Pixel 10 Series
Google has announced its latest line-up of smartphones, the Pixel 10 series. The focus for this series is on Artificial Intelligence (AI), with features such as Magic Cue and Camera Coach.
The Pixel 10 series includes four models: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The prices for the Pixel 10 handsets start from £799 / $799 and can be reduced if you trade in your old smartphone. The devices will go on sale on August 28, with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold following on October 9.
One of the standout features of the Pixel 10 series is Magic Cue. This innovative tool gathers information from phone calls or text messages and presents it to the user without the need for manual searching. Magic Cue's capabilities are also used in the new Daily Hub, which provides a personalized digest of the user's day in the discover feed.
Google's more powerful AI system, Gemini Pro, is another highlight of the Pixel 10 series. This system offers extra skills such as Veo 3 Fast for text-to-video generation. A freebie worth £190 is included with all the Pro models, providing access to Gemini Pro for a whole year.

Lastly, the Pixel 10 series offers an instant translation feature that plays back in each speaker's voice when translating to or from English with Spanish, German, Japanese, French, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Russian, and Indonesian. This feature takes live translation of phone calls a step further in the Pixel 10 series.
