Vivo is set to unveil its latest X300 series in China on October 13, 2025. Leaks hint at a revamped flat-screen design, high-end specs, and competitive pricing.

The X300 series will debut with two models: X300 and X300 Pro. The Pro variant is rumored to sport a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, and a substantial 7000mAh battery.

The series is expected to feature improved camera systems. The X300 Pro is said to boast a ZEISS-optimized triple-camera setup, including a 200MP APO periscope telephoto sensor. It will also offer enhanced video capabilities, such as 4K at 120fps recording and Dolby Vision HDR.

Leaked pricing suggests the X300 might retail for Rs 69,999 and the X300 Pro for Rs 99,999 in India, positioning them against rivals like Samsung and Apple. The series will be available in black and silver color options and will include a Zeiss 2.35x telephoto converter for enhanced zoom photography.

The X300 series is also expected to bring a significant software shift, running on Android 16-based Origin OS 6.

The Vivo X300 series promises impressive specs and features, with the X300 Pro set to launch globally after its October 13, 2025 debut in China. With competitive pricing, these devices aim to challenge established players in the market.
