White & Case Advises Bit Digital on US$135M Convertible Notes Offering
White & Case LLP has advised Bit Digital on its recent US$135 million convertible senior notes offering. The offering may increase by an additional US$15 million, subject to over-allotments. The legal team was led by Laura Katherine Mann and Prat Vallabhaneni.
The White & Case team, including partners and associates, guided Bit Digital through the complex process. The offering is set to close on October 2, 2025, pending customary closing conditions. Bit Digital plans to use the net proceeds primarily for purchasing Ethereum and for general corporate purposes.
